Ingredients:
- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Green onions, chopped for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil
Instructions:
1. Prepare the beef: In a bowl, mix beef with 1 tbsp soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Cook the onions: Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and cook until softened and slightly caramelized.
3. Cook the beef: Add beef to the pan and cook until browned.
4. Combine: Add the remaining soy sauce and stir. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
5. Garnish and serve: Garnish with green onions. Serve hot with rice.
