Ingredients:

• 10 pcs chicken wings

• 2 tbsp flour

• 1 egg

• salt and pepper

Breading mixture [mix it]

• ¾ cup flour

• ¼ cup cornstarch

• cayenne powder or pepper

• salt

• cooking oil

• 2 tbsp butter

• pineapple chunks with juice

• bell peppers

• 3 cloves garlic

• 1 medium onion

• 80g all purpose Korean Style meat sauce "sweet and spicy" or you can use any kind of sweet and spicy sauce.

Methods:

Wash and cut the chicken wings into 3 pieces. Place in a bowl, add salt, pepper, egg and flour. Mix for about 2 minutes. Set aside for 20-30 minutes. Coat the chicken in the breading mixture. Fry in heated oil until brown and cooked. Set aside.

Melt the butter in a pan, saute the garlic until brown. Also saute the onion until soft. Add the fried chicken, saute for a minute. Pour the all purpose Korean Style sauce. Stir fry for 2 minutes until the chicken absorbs the sauce. Add ¼ cup pineapple juice and bell peppers. Stir and cook for 2 minutes. Then add pineapple chunks, stir. Season with salt and pepper. Stir and toss until combined. Turn off the heat.

Note: This is my version, you can leave out the pineapple and bell peppers if you don't want to.
