Minced Pork with Enoki Mushrooms & Egg

 


Ingredients

Enoki mushrooms

Minced pork

2 eggs

Soy sauce

Oyster sauce

Dark soy sauce (optional, for color)

Cornstarch

Garlic

Green onion

Steps

Beat the eggs and scramble them in a hot pan until fluffy. Set aside.

In the same pan, fry minced pork until it changes color, then add minced garlic and stir-fry.

Add enoki mushrooms and cook until soft.

Pour in the prepared sauce (soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, cornstarch + water) and mix well.

Add back the scrambled eggs, stir everything together, and cook until the sauce thickens.

Top with chopped green onion and serve hot with rice.
