Easy Thai Red Curry Chicken

Ingredients


1 pound chicken breast, sliced

2 tablespoons red curry paste

1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk

1 cup bell peppers, sliced

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon fish sauce

2 teaspoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped


Instructions

1-Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2-Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until browned.

3-Stir in the red curry paste and cook for another minute.

5-Pour in the coconut milk, soy sauce, fish sauce, and brown sugar. Stir until well combined.

6-Add the bell peppers and simmer for about 10 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.

7-Remove from heat and stir in the fresh basil just before serving.
