• 1 red bell pepper, sliced
• 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 inch ginger, grated
• 2 green onions, sliced
• 2 tablespoons sesame oil
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon cornstarch
• 1/4 cup water

2. Cook the Noodles: Cook the Yakisoba noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

7. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
Tips and Considerations:
• Noodles: If Yakisoba noodles are unavailable, linguine or spaghetti can be used as substitutes.
• Beef: Other cuts of beef, such as flank steak or skirt steak, can be used.
• Vegetables: Feel free to add or substitute vegetables based on your preference. Carrots, broccoli, and snap peas would all work well in this dish.
