Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 medium patola (luffa), peeled and sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, marinate the beef with soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
2. Heat a pot over medium heat, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add beef and stir-fry until browned.
4. Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
5. Add luffa (patola) and mushrooms, then simmer for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
6. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Drizzle with sesame oil.
8. Garnish with green onion before serving.
