Ingredients:
1 lb squid, cleaned and cut into rings
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 1/2 tablespoons red pepper paste
2 tablespoons red pepper powder
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
Pinch of black pepper
Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the squid and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until it turns opaque.
Add the red pepper paste, red pepper powder, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce thickens and coats the squid.
Garnish with green onions and serve with rice.
